Tuition
Registration:
- There is a $30 non-refundable registration fee each year per family
Tuition Policies:
- Automatic Recurring Payment is required for all tuition payments and is charged monthly to a card on file. There is no pro-rating for months with 3 weeks or those with 5 weeks.
- Tuition may be paid in full at the beginning of the season in order to not be enrolled in the auto-payment system. If tuition is paid in full for the year a 5% discount will be given to the total bill.
- If you choose to not continue at any time you must fill out a DROP FORM by the 20th of the current month in order to stop the recurring charge from being billed for the next month. (Any forms filled out after the 20th of the month will result in the recurring charge being processed as usual.) Refunds cannot be given once the account is charged. Please contact the studio director to obtain a Drop Form.
- There are no credits, refunds, or extensions for holidays or missed classes. We do not prorate if you are absent or away on vacation, or for regular studio closures.
- The first tuition payment is due at the time of registration.
- A fee of $25 will be charged for any returned or NSF payments.
- Tuition fees are non-transferable.
Payment Options:
- Sign up for Automatic Recurring Payments and your tuition will be charged on the 1st of each month.
- Automatic Recurring Payments may be deducted from your Credit Card or Check Card (VISA, MasterCard, or Amex).
- If you do not sign up for Automatic Recurring Payments, you must pay for the dance season in full by cash, check, or credit card.
Absences:
- No refunds will be given for missed classes.
- Please call or email the studio in the event a dancer must miss a class.
